  1. Quantities
  2. Kilogram and a half of veal
  3. Kilogram of couscous
  4. Kilogram and a half of the onion
  5. Cup of  oil
  6. 100 grams of butter to grease couscous
  7. Teaspoon of hot ghee
  8. TWO of  tomatoes crushed well
  9. Half a kilo of raisins without a nucleus
  10. A quarter of a kilo of chickpeas, soaked in water for a whole night
  11. Teaspoon Of  hot black pepper
  12. ½ teaspoon ginger (Skenjber)
  13. ½ teaspoon saffron Normal
  14.   SALT
  15. 100 grams of sugar, semolina
  16. A tablespoon of cinnamon
  17. 150 grams of fried almonds

  1. Then add two liters of water  and chickpeas , Stays on fire for 45 minutes Until The meat and The Chickpeas Are
    well cooked

    Add sugar and cinnamon.Placed painted buttered couscous As the Picture Bellow And leave A Cavity In the In the midst Of The dish , And Inside of it Put the Meat And on top of it : Onions, chickpeas, raisins
    Finaly Irrigated The Couscous With the Palmriq On top
